Lake Arrowhead is a private, man-made lake and to use the lake for recreational purposes (fishing and boating and swimming), you need to own property within certain boundaries (see map below) of the lake. This post will show you how many lakefront listings we have listed. Keep in mind we do, however, have 343 homes currently listed with "lake right" that are not lakefronts, ranging in price from $145,000 - $14,200,000. Okay, back to lakefronts:

...in case you were wondering
I began my real estate career in the 90's while living in Lake Arrowhead (Southern CA mountains), after the youngest of "My Three Sons" graduated--he's 
now 32! I've never looked back. My favorite part of this business is helping people through one of the biggest, most expensive and most important purchases of their lives. Along the way, I have met many wonderful people. Now what else could I ask for? Life is good!
Before I became a Realtor, I actually did have another life. I was a Wife, Mother, Home-maker and worked outside the home. During my "younger" days, I was employed by TRW and NORTHRUP, both in their electronics divisions.
...and a couple other things you might want to know about me:
Lake Arrowhead sits in the heart of the California San Bernardino Mountains, where the elevation is 5,200 ft. So we can safely say to our flat-lander friends, Come up for Air! Only about 90 miles to Los Angeles( click on MAP ), it is a perfect get-away from the hustle bustle of the busy, big-city lifestyle.
