Spring is my favorite time of the year for many reasons: flowers are blooming, bees are buzzing, weather is warming and trees are coming alive after a long winter. Now, one of the most beautiful trees on God's green earth 
is waking up, The Dogwood Tree.
Today, on my way home, I decided to take a different route; up KUFFLE CANYON RD so I could have a "Dogwood" experience. And, I wasn't disappointed. For the next few weeks, take a few moments and take a short side-trip and view these wonderful flowers.

For those of you who do not know about this non-profit organization, Operation Provider began in 1989 when Holland Lowe, a community philanthropist and activist, became troubled by the problem of hunger in her

Start your search at the MOUNTAINTOP RANGER DISTRICT to get info on hiking trails, maps and your ADVENTURE PASS. To enjoy our forest, you MUST have a "Permit." At this link you'll learn HOW purchasing the ADVENTURE PASS helps our National Forest. You can buy the pass on-line or at one of the Ranger Stations. To see where your money is going, check out YOUR FEES AT WORK.

I began my real estate career in the 90's while living in Lake Arrowhead (Southern CA mountains), after the youngest of "My Three Sons" graduated--he's 
now 32! I've never looked back. My favorite part of this business is helping people through one of the biggest, most expensive and most important purchases of their lives. Along the way, I have met many wonderful people. Now what else could I ask for? Life is good!
Before I became a Realtor, I actually did have another life. I was a Wife, Mother, Home-maker and worked outside the home. During my "younger" days, I was employed by TRW and NORTHRUP, both in their electronics divisions.

Lake Arrowhead sits in the heart of the California San Bernardino Mountains, where the elevation is 5,200 ft. So we can safely say to our flat-lander friends, Come up for Air! Only about 90 miles to Los Angeles( click on MAP ), it is a perfect get-away from the hustle bustle of the busy, big-city lifestyle.
