It amazes me. People say they are looking for the best weather in Florida and think that anywhere in Florida will offer them that. No way, you have to come to the Florida Keys.

Now I know that temperature can be a personal perception. My idea of the perfect temperature is to get out of the shower and not be warm or cold.

Today I am sitting here in shorts with all the doors and windows open. This is a perfect day. The current temperature is 77 degrees and the high today will be 81 degrees. The sun is shining and every now and then you can see a puffy white cloud. How can this not be perfect? If you want snow, you can take a vacation to a snowy place, if you want perfect you live here.

Ahh the Keys.......

The original buyer walked away, so my buyer made and offer AGAIN. Silly me, I thought that bank owned property offers had to be uploaded in a timely manner. Is five days considered "timely"? It is a Chase loan. Does anyone one know the rules for how long you can wait before uploading an offer on a Chase REO?

My buyer is pissed that this wasn't uploaded immediately. Is this an agent playing games or are they following some rule? This property was pending, then came back on the market because the original buyer walked.

Have you looked at the newest Yellow Pages phone book? Now they are YP. I found out something very interesting while I perused. Unless you get your phone service from Bell South, you aren’t in the book. I was shocked, but I guess it make sense. Why would they go to the expense of listing people that do not purchase services from them? No reason. BUT, have the good sense NOT to rely on a phone book that is missing have the service providers in the area.

I also checked their internet site. It too is a mess. You would think that the website would be up to the minute. NOPE! There were businesses listed that have been gone for a couple of years.

I am sure someone will come up with a more comprehensive book.
