What sets me apart from many other REALTORS is my Dedication to Your Success above my own. You may think this is only a cliche, but in fact, its how I live my life. I believe firmly in the Golden Rule -"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Therefore, I spend time listening to my clients tell their dreams, needs, wants in relation to selling their current home or buying their next. This is crucial. I then tailor my plan in accordance to what they shared regardless of MY timetable, commission needs, etc. I believe in always doing what is right and best for the client.

I work with buyers at absolutely NO COST to themselves and take the TIME necessary to find the best fit for THEIR BUDGET, TIME FRAME, LOCATION and STYLE. I have also SAVED many clients tens of thousands of dollars off list price, putting them into homes they did not even dare to dream about. ALL within their budget, of course! Many folks want to search for homes on their own, thinking they will save thousands since no realtor represents them. BUT, the opposite is actually the case. The listing agent just gets a higher commission, the buyers are unrepresented and often pay thousands more for the home as they don't know the area well nor have access to the latest statistics, and most of the contract conditions are in the seller's favor. This should not be! Any buyer can be represented by an experienced, professional realtor at NO COST to themselves except loyalty. It actually costs you thousands NOT to USE a professional!

I am also a listing agent who represents sellers during these challenging times. In order to sell a home today, homeowners must hire a professional who understands the market, keeps current on statistics and trends, and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. This involves incorporating technology and hard work and constant adjusting to give our listings an edge. 80% of marketing a home occurs the day the price is set. In this market, we must price the home at or ahead (below) the market, or it will NOT sell. This is a tough reality, but reality it is, and we must act accordingly.
