2 Stagings – 2 Homes PENDING in under 1 Week..Staging Does it AGAIN!

I had the opportunity to stage 2 homes in 2 days....and have both of them go PENDING in under a week.... both with multiple offers!

Both homes, while in different areas of Contra Costa County, had one thing in common ....they needed some editing of the sellers furnishings, small projects and adding of COLOR with art and accessories. It is amazing what a difference these changes can make with a home.

It is always the case.....most of us fail to see the opportunity for change when living in the home. It is what we live with day in and day out...it's home.
