A lot of my friends have taken up jogging and are participating in 5K events on the weekends. A lot of these events include walkers. It's a great way to get some excercise and help out many of the local charities that sponsor these events. Here is a list of upcoming seacoast area races for the month of May. I went to the Cool Running Website to obtain this information. They have races listed through the month of October.
