Real Estate Rancho Santa Margarita, Real Estate Mission Viejo. Kathy Scruton is a native Californian that grew up on the beaches in Laguna, Newport and San Clemente. She has lived in San Clemente, Dana Point, Mission Viejo, Huntington Beach, Dana Point, Newport Beach and Rancho Santa Margarita. Her favorite hobbies are walking her Standard Poodle and going camping at local State of California beaches.

Kathy became interested in Orange County Real Estate after personal transactions of purchasing five homes in eight years.

With ten years of orange county real estate experience as a licensed realtor Kathy has won production awards from both Tarbell Realtors, Prudential California Realty and recently became an Owner at Regency Real Estate Brokers. She is a member of the Chairman's Circle and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Kathy is both an ePro through the National Association of Realtors and e-Certified by Prudential California Realty.

Kathy has a Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State and has experience in marketing and administration. Her previous careers included Sales Operations Supervisor for a computer memory company.

Kathy works seven days a week and never tires of getting the best for her clients. She works with both buyer's and seller's and is a sharp negotiator.
