The biggest positive being that we are closing about 98 Properties per month which is up from 93 per month compared to last year during this period. We are continuing to see attraction to the area and that is always a huge positive. Understood that property values and price are always a huge concern for owners. I am an owner as well. Keep in mind that appreciation takes time, and these numbers right now show some very positive signs for our future. Buyers are continued to be attracted to Palm Coast and rightfully so.
