Hello and thank you for viewing my site. As a local and full time agent, I work the Fayetteville , Fort Bragg and surrounding areas. I spent six years in the Air Force and specialize in working with first time home buyers and military members. I understand how stressful moving and purchasing a new home can be on a family. I have put in a place a relocation package and a stress-free process to make your transation as smooth as possible. I continue to travel to differnt conventions, seminars, and education classes so I can be up to date on the lastest local and market information to better serve my clients. My designations include a Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS), Internet Marketing Specialist Designation (IMSD) and Certified new home Sales Person, (CSP). In November of 2008 I received PCS orders that required me to be in place at my next duty station no later than February of 2009, which required my wife and me to sale our house as quick as possible. I immediately called Katrina Rockel. We had known Katrina and her husband Devin since 2003 and she was a realtor for many of my Co-workers. They all had nothing but great things to say about her and she was highly recommended. This was the first house we owned and had no clue about where to begin the in the selling process. Katrina set up a meeting as soon as she could, came to our house and started going over the details and the entire process. It seemed like within no time she had the house staged, up for sale and potential buyers stopping by to view the house. While in Savannah looking for new homes we had a fire in our detached garage. I received the call from a neighbor and I called Katrina next, even though it was a total loss and Katrina was 9 months pregnant she went over to the house while the garage was still smoldering and helped pull some of our important documents out of the water and smoke to prevent further damage to our most prized possessions, our wedding photos, family portraits and other items that could not be replaced. Katrina's willingness to go above and beyond her duty as a realtor proved just how great of a friend, realtor and person she really is. We were able to sale the house in 52 days and I am positive that if we would have used anyone besides Katrina it would not have happened that fast. Needless to say we were very satisfied with her performance. We personally recommend her to anyone that is buying/selling a home.
