Condo sales on Hutchinson Island in St Lucie and Martin Counties show a significant increase in the 1st Quarter of 2011 over 2010. Not only did the number of units sold improve by over 30% in both areas, there was also an improvement in the average number of days it took to get them sold. More significant is that the average sales price increased in both counties. Although St Lucie sales had only a slight increase, Martin County's average sales price increased by nearly 25%.
