Ridgemont is a community of homes with the wonderful luxury of a park located

in the center of the development.

Actually, it is two developments combined. Ridgemont and Viewmont. The park consists of a play

structure , swings and a newly redone basketball court. There is also a nice grassy area to play ball,

Frisbee or perhaps set up agame of croquet. It has a table, benches and a water fountain. During the

course of the day you will find many children, families and dogs strolling through the neighborhood and

playing at the park. There are also families with young children from other areas of the community that

come to visit the park as well. School buses pick up and drop off kids from Happy Valley Elementary,

Fairhaven Middle and Sehome High School. The WTA has a stop at the entry into Ridgemont and Samish

Way.

The web is a powerful thing, it brings together individuals who would otherwise not meet.

It will be 1 year on Nov 7 that I started this journey through Activerain. I have gained information and tools that have

helped me succeed in the platform that everyone is using everyday.

The Internet was used as a source of information for 80% of home-buyers.

What that means for an agent is that the buyer is informed and has hopefully reduced the

amount of time looking at homes that don't fit their parameters.

I visit with agents/affiliates all across the country and love to find out what they are thinking, learning, anguishing,happy,mad or sad about.

I have especially loved learning about all the tools, widgets, blog helps and videos that teach the best

avenues for searches and other goodies that help me better myself.

I have worried that my brain might not be able to handle it all so thank goodness for bookmarking!

I have received referrals and sent some to other members in Activerain. It has given me easy access to professionals and confidence in

referring a client their way.

Looking forward to another great year and hope that we will have a chance to meet..

This great annual event is back!

The Washington Civil War Association presents BATTLE at Hovander Park. The two day event includes multiple battles with infantry, cavalry, & artillery; a fashion show; medical demonstrations; & living history in camps.

The dates & times are:
Saturday, August 9th, 9:00AM until 5:00PM

Sunday, August 10th, 9:00AM until 3:00PM

Two battles a day will take place:
Saturday at 11 AM & 3 PM Sunday at 11 AM & 3 PM

Admission is:

FREE - Children (5 & under)

$2.00 - Children (6-12)

$4.00- Seniors & Military Personnel (with ID)

$7.00 - Adults
