From Hwy 410 East, turn left onto 214th and follow 4 1/2 miles to "Tapps Island" entrance, on left.
From Highway 167From Hwy 167, take the 8th Street Exit (Milton Exit), go east 5 1/2 miles (make sure to stay in the left lane after Top Foods shopping center) to the "Tapps Island" entrance, turn right and proceed.

Some updates on the 1sttime home-buyer tax credit for purchases after January 1 2009 and before December 1, 2009.
Amount of credit-Maximum credit increased to $8000.00.
Eligible Property-All principle residences eligible.
Refundable- Reduces (or can eliminate) income tax liability for the year of purchase. Any unused amount of tax credit refunded to the purchaser.
Income limit- Full amount of credit available for individuals with adjusted gross income of no more then $75,000 ($150,000 on a join return) Phases out above those caps ($95,000 and $170,000)
First-time home-buyer only? Yes, Purchaser (and purchaser's spouse) may not have owned a principal residence in 3 years previous to this purchase.
Repayment- No repayment for purchases on or after Jan 1, 2009 and before Dec. 1, 2009.
Recapture- If the home is sold within three years of the purchase the entire amount of credit is recaptured on the sale. Applies on to homes purchased in 2009.
Termination- December 1, 2009
Effective date- January 1, 2009
