What's new in Bonney Lake? Well finally the Marshalls has opened next to Petco and Famous Footwear. As I say "you never have to leave the hill" all of the above stores as well as many more have opened in Junction 192 on the corner of 192nd and Hwy 410.

Other stores in the Junction 192 shopping center iinclude, T-Mobile, Verizon, Fed Ex/Kinko's, Massage Envy, True Nails, Taco Del Mar, Citi Financial, Jamba Juice and Sleep Country. With plenty of empty retail space, who knows what is next.
This summer we were also fortunate to gain a new Lowe's at the corner of South Prairie and HWY 410, lovely convenient location and I swear it is never busy.

With Bonney Lake growing leaps and bounds, an estimated population of over 105,000 residents within a 5 mile radius, and a projected population growth of 21% within 1 mile in 5 years, we have been waiting to see what would fill the empty space for years. A happy medium of open space and retail is what Bonney Lake has to offer.
As always, be well and live life!!!~Krisy
Hello, I wish you all well, safe and not to mention dry on this November day. As I sit and look out my window...my garden is a reminder of what our lovely summer had to offer no longer sprouts of carrots, flowers and roses, just a bunch of compost sitting idle waiting for our first peek at spring.
Below are reports of active and sold listings for the Bonney Lake area from October to current 11/12/08. Please if you have questions or would like additional info. on what is going on in lovely Bonney Lake WA. feel free to call or email.

Love the home you have...
With home sales down overall for the entire year it is much harder in this market to "move up" Gone are the days of posting a for sale sign in the yard and wait for the offers to come pouring in.
Lending has become more stringent, more inventory, decreasing selling prices it is a tough time to try and sell your home.
Thinking of "moving up"? my suggestion is love the home your with, there are many improvements you can make to transform your current home into something that you may be looking for in the next home purchase.
Finish the basement, add square footage a bonus room is a definite positive. Turn your bathroom into a spa get away, update your kitchen counters appliances and cabinets. New flooring or trim are always a nice update.
Really what I am saying is sometimes it is ok and a good idea to be happy with what you have, accentuate the positive.
Enjoy your days!
