When we began looking for real estate in Hays, we first utilized the internet and were impressed with how quickly Kris responded to each of our requests. However, when we met her in person and explained our home needs, we were even more happy with her service. Over the years I have bought 6 homes and sold 5 and I would put Kris at the very top of the list of realtors with whom I have worked. In a single word, I would define Kris as professional. In our case, Kris was honest with us and told us where we needed to price our home to get it sold quickly.
