Did you think it was too late to present your appeal case to Bergen County for your Tenafly property revaluation because it is past April 1, 2011? Because the entire town was revalued, persons who want to further appeal have a due date of May 1. You can not use comparable assessments or zillow estimates. What you can use is this:

At Huyler Park near the beautiful old Train Station, there are normally great things to do during the summer. From July on, there is a music festival that occurs on Thursday nights. The music ranges from rock to big band music, to folk music. People come to the center of town, bring their chairs or loungers, possibly a coller filled with wines cheeses, and frozen novelties for the whole family to enjoy. It's great fun to watch the children playing and dancing, and to see neighbors swaying to the music. It's a great time of year with the community actually gets to gether in recreation. As much fun as that is. I also enjoy the oldie but goodie films that they show. Last year, we saw Casa Blanca under the stars. We enjoyed some Ciao Bella before it closed and reminisced about drive-in theaters that we used to enjoy.

Unfortunately, this year they revamped the area so noe of these wonderful activities took place in 2010. I was lucky enough to have one of the activities happen at a friend's home in Teaneck, NJ. They set up a projector in their back yard, connected it to their sound system and showed a Werewolf movie. Because we were friends, we heckled the movie and had a blast. The popcorn and champagne were flowing. This is what makes the summers in Bergen County. You never know when a friend will make a special occasion and share another time to cherish.

If you live in another town in Bergen County, check out the local special activities. They are usually posted on the town's website. Fort Lee has a special summer movie where people enjoy them under the stars. There are lots of fun things to do with the entire family in all of the neighboring towns. Make a nice memory and share some good times with friends.

FHA MORTGAGE

Just recently, my client was happy with a quick sale on his home. The buyers were in love and quickly shopped for a good mortgage broker that would help them with their home slae. They wanted to get their FHA mortgage and placed the 3.5% down. The appraiser was there lickety-split.

Usually, I have waited just days later when the mortgage was approved. I realize that the $8,000dollar extension is still in effect, but it has been nearly four weeks. My client is getting worried. What would happen if this buyer can't get the mortgage in time for the closing? It has already been quite some time. Thankfully, I asked the client to call his lawyer about the mortgage process. He has calmed down.

The buyer has a good job and has been looking for a home for three years. This has been the only snag in what both buyer and seller are saying is almost too smoothe of a process. They are used to pain-in-the-neck deals. This time it is not the the buyer or the seller putting the chink in the chain. This is all good indeed.
