As you may or may not have noticed, we have recently found a huge market of clients looking to be connected with agents that will help them find a place to rent. Times are tough, and the comfort an agent can bring to even a routine process like renting can't be underestimated.

Just because these clients aren't buying now doesn't mean that they won't be potential buyers in the future, and we are looking for Southern California agents that understand this to join our network. We envision being able to refer clients out immediately to agents that we have strong personal relationships with.

We've got a client that has some property in the Palmdale, CA area that's near both the airport and where the new power plant will be going in. He is worried about a couple of the potential projects that may affect his property and is curious if selling his property makes sense. Unfortunately, we have been unable to answer his questions too well about if the power plant project or the possible airport expansion would affect his property. Does anyone know what the exact location of the power plant? And, does anyone know what the likelihood is that the airport expansion project goes through, and if so, what area would that then affect?

Hello again to everyone! We have been a part of the Active Rain network for a month and figured it was time for another blog entry.
