When people trust you, they are influenced by you. Ultimately that is what your business is all about....Being trustworthy...influencing others for good...contributing to their lives.
In the end you can bend your action to conform to your principles or you can bend your principles to conform your actions. Its a choice you have to make. You will make it everyday and the choices you make will make you.
Integrity is not to be confused with reputation. Reputation is the shadow, character is the substance. The circumstances amid which you live determine your reputation. The truth you believe determines your character. Reputation is what you are supposed to be...character is what you are. Reputation is the photograph; character is the face...
Reputation comes over one from outside forces...character grows up from within
Reputation is what you have when you come to a new community; character is what you have when you go away. Your reputation is made in a moment, your character is built in a lifetime.
Reputation is learned in an hour;
Character does not come to light for a year.
Reputation grows like a mushroom
Character lasts an eternity...
Reputation makes you rich or makes you poor
Character makes you happy or makes you miserable
Reputation is what men say about you on your tombstone.
Character is what angels say about you before the throne of God.
Integrity gets eaten away by any little thing not taken care of. If the small things aren't done well, no one will ever give you big things to do.
-Being on time -not missing meetings -being on top of your schedule
-being organized -planning you day, week, month -proper dress and hygene
Who is going to entrust their business and career to you if you haven't mastered these little things?
Integrity commits itself to character over personal gain, to people over things, to service over power, to principle over convenience, to the long view over the immediate.
No one sees its creation, it happens in the dark usually when no one is looking, but it comes to light in a crisis. Everything you have done in the past, and neglected to do, comes to a head when you are under pressure.

Intergity is an inside job...inside you...your committment
Integrity is not determined by circumstances. Your circumstances are as responsible for your character as a mirror is for your looks. What you see only reflects what you are.
Integrity is not based on credentials. Often people prefer to be judged by their titles regardless of the nature of their character.
Going back through my business journals I came across these Laws of Wealth
1.Law of Clarity
-leads to power, which is your ability to do and take the right actions
-know your objectives(goals)
-specific focus
What do I have to do for the next: Year Month Week What do I want?
Are you clear with what you want?
2.Law of Correlation
-what exists on the outside exists on the inside
Tree of Life- how's your fruit taste? within reach? What are your roots?
Thoughts--->Feelings--->Actions--->Results
3.Law of Creation
-You were created and you can create
-you are responsible for where you are at
-you are the chooser of your own attitudes, thoughts, and actions
-you lose control when you blame or use negative justification
-how am I creating wealth and abundance in my life?
-how am I creating lack of abundance and wealth for myself?
4.Law of Attraction
-you attract what your dominant thoughts focus on
-habits of success or habits of failure
-have a vision and take small steps and celebrate each success
5.Law of Action
-without action nothing changes
-the universe rewards action do, do, do, act now
-fear is the anticipation of pain, fear is the mind killer
