I just want to congratulate Bobbi Jackson for becoming the President of the Greenbrier Valley Board for 2009. I look forward to working with you as your Vice President and serving our members of our board. It seems that we are, as most of the country, heading for a new and difficult year ahead. I hope that our board and its members have a successful year and our country makes a complete and speedy recovery.
This is my chance to say thanks! This is to all the people that have come in my life this year. I have been given the honor of Rookie of the Year for 2008 from the Greenbrier Valley Board of Reltors. I feel very honored to be a part of the Real Estate market in the Greenbrier Valley and look foward to serving the real estate needs for my clients. I look to reach my goals in my real estate career and surround myself with people to make it happen. I'm thankful for the people who gave me the chance to become a part of Coldwell Banker, Stuart & Watts Real Estate Family. I look forward to 2009 and my wish is for everyone to have a successful and productive year.
If you have buyers on the fence. This is a great time for a first time home buyer to get a great home at a good price. The market is at a all time pricing for more home for the money. Lenders are going to be lowering interest rates like never before. This is a perfect time for a first time home buyer to buy a home! With the market like it is a home ownership can be within a fist time buyers reach. With the market projected to make a turn around by the third quarter of next year this is the time to buy. Projections are for the market to rebound by the third quarter of next year. So first time home buyers should be taking advantage of the market and and getting the deal of a life time.
