This plane will travel well over 2,400 miles per hour! Recording date January 13th, 2012.
I had the opportunity today to visit the National Air and Space Museum located adjacent to Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) in Chantilly, Virginia. This video footage was taken from inside the tower at the museum just before 5pm. The plane approached from the South and was landing North. The gates you see towards the bottom of the screen is where you enter the museum grounds. Parking is $15 per car as of January 13th, 2012.
