Foreclosure/Shortsale Buying Seminar & Tour -

Real Living Realty Group and Salem Five Mortgage will be hosting a Foreclosure and Shortsale Seminar followed by a tour of local Shortsale and Foreclosure properties for sale in the area. The seminar and tour will start at the Real Living Realty Group office in Franklin on Saturday, March 10 at 10AM.

During the seminar we will have experienced real estate and mortgage professionals discusssing some of the challenges and advantages of buying a Foreclosure or Shortsale property. The seminar begins March 10th at 10AM and will run for about 30-45 Minutes.

We will then offer a tour of local Foreclosure and Shortsale homes so attendees can have an idea of the condition of these homes.

We offer seminars and tours like this becuase there are often misconceptions and fears of buying shortsale and foreclosure properties - while, in fact, you can often purchase one of these homes below market value with as little as 3% down!

If you have any questions please call our office at 508-520-1600. Otherwise, we will see you on March 10th at 10AM at our Franklin office located at 233 W Central St, Franklin, MA 02038.

Real Living Realty Group - Saying goodbye to 2011 and pressing forward into 2012

2011 was another year that saw the real estate industry cast into the spotlight. With concerns regarding the economy throughout the country, Real Living has pressed forward with the strategic goal of being the known industry leader in delivering exceptional service. We've accomplished a lot this past year, and I couldn't be more proud and excited about what's to come in 2012.

Market trends indicate that the housing industry will improve in 2012. According to recent industry reports, 1.3 million Americans found jobs in 2011 and it is believed that this trend will continue into 2012, decreasing the unemployment rate to around 8%, and helping the economy grow an estimated 2.5% over the year.

Further, according to economists' forecasts, home prices are expected to stabilize and mortgage rates to remain low. There is evidence that low interest rates will continue to draw home buyers to the housing market.

However, we should be cautiously optimistic. Threats to the economy from domestic and global challenges continue to hamper consumer confidence and demonstrate that we aren't out of the woods yet. With this said, 2012 is shaping up to be a better year than 2011 for the real estate industry.

Despite economic challenges over the past year, Real Living Real Estate has grown and enhancements have been made to our services.

Many franchise companies have seen reductions in numbers of offices in 2011, but we continued to grow. The July announcement naming Real Living the fastest growing real estate franchise shows that our strategies are working and that our brand is gaining momentum.

We have helped many families buy and sell homes in this area and would love to earn your business and assist you in your next home purchase or sale. For more information on listings in the area please visit our website www.kellycolombogroup.com or give us a call at 508-520-9669.
