Hope this finds you all keeping cool in our summer weather! I got into my car after an appointment and it was 104 degrees! Can’t complain for I know soon enough I will be wearing sweaters and gloves!   The Kelly Group Sponsored this last week’s Tunes on Tuesday concert with 5 Guys Named Moe. We had an overwhelming amount of people who came out and enjoyed the music, the food and many danced through the heat! We were all running around for hours giving away water, tote bags, toys, candy and running the raffle and games for our big prizes - a Kindle and an iPad2! If you didnt make it this year, you should definitely come next year!

The fact of the matter is that we have on average over a hundred less listings in Yamhill County this year than we did at the same time last year. That is good news for Sellers!   The number of people who bought new homes fell for the fourth straight month in July, putting sales on track to finish this year as the worst on records dating back half a century. Rates are amazing and are as low as 4% with conforming and just a little over 4.5% for Jumbo.   Sales were down a week ago even in the 0-200 category.
