With the negative media, we hear all the time that it is a terrible time for real estate. This has not only hindered people from selling their homes but stopped people from looking for a new home. Right now we are in a buyers market. Now is a wonderful time to buy! Interest rates are LOW and there are many houses to choose from. As a buyer you can really be picky when it comes to looking for a new home. As we approach the spring and summer time, it is the busiest time of year for real estate transactions. So stop being scared away from buying or selling. The media hypes EVERYTHING up! We can't always trust what we hear on the news. After all they are in business for promoting drama. I think everyone knows that.
