About Me

I am an Executive Broker for Dalrymple Residential in Searcy, Arkansas. My experience in the real estate and construction industry for the past 20 years really has helped me to be a better Realtor! Understanding the upside or downside in a real estate market is crucial. Whether you are buying land to building a home on, purchasing an existing home and/or remodeling or acquiring a parcel for commercial purposes, you want someone who has been there and has the information needed to make the transaction as stress free as possible. I have moved 18 times in 19 years and believe me, I know what to do and what to avoid. I have been Top Producer of in my company and recipient of the Arkansas Realtor's Association Award. I have served on our local Realtor Board and am currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Searcy Country Club. I have lived in Searcy since 1982 and love calling it home. My clients and customers know me for my caring, professional approach and my desire not just to move a property but to create relationships that last a lifetime. I love working with first time buyers, military and everyone in between. I offer the same service whether I am listing or selling a $50,000 property or one over $400,000. I love helping people move and achieve their goals - whether it's in a new home or a move to another city or state. I also work in the commercial market in our fast growing area that holds many opportunities and thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients in home design, staging and decorating. As an Executive Broker in my office, I also thrive on helping other sales associates on our team (yes, we actually work the team concept even though we are individual agents!) to further their business through promotion and working together to make our office the success that it is and our dreams for the future.
