How fast are the homes selling and how much are Nottingham at Heritage Park homes selling for?
Since March 1st 2009 , 4 Olathe homes have sold and closed. This is reflective of the summer months and perhaps some help from economic stimulus package for housing with the $8,000 Tax credit. Since 03/01/2009 the homes in Nottingham Park Olathe KS have sold in the range of $349,500 to $422,000.

Despite having lived in the Kansas City metro area in the past, we were surprised to see how much had changed when we decided to return in early 2005. One of our first major decisions, and quite possibly one of the most important, involved selecting Ken Jansen to represent us as we searched for a home.
