Good Morning,

Today I was reading in the local paper. I was reading about a middle school who had their graduation ceremonies canceled by their principle. First I would like to say " way to go Oscar. Mr Oscar Diaz Is an old friend and I applaud you. I am so tired of all this it's all about me attitude this new generation has. Where did it come from. The majority of parents are not doing their jobs. These kids thought it would be fine to have a food fight in their cafeteria at lunch time. When Oscar tried to intervene he was hit as well. I saw this in the movies years ago. In a movie "Animal House" yes very funny stunt, but I new there was no place for this in real life. Day to day living. parents need to start teaching these kids from all walks of life that it is not all about them. They are in this world with millions of other humans. we all have to life together. This attitude has to change it is not all about them. There are so many other instances I can speak of, but this one hit the news today. Oscar you did the right thing I applaud you. We will speak soon.

First I want to say Happy Memorial Day. Enjoy your weekend. I am on my soap box today. I am tired of government selling out the the working middle class to big money. Time and Time again we see it. It needs to stop.When do we say enough is enough. It is always something. The only way it is known is when they get caught or something happens. Then they apologize. Are they apologizing for doing something wrong or for getting caught. We need to start holding them accountable. As far as i am concerned they are compromising my safety. This just needs to stop. I ask you where does it stop.?

Government needs to know we are on to them and we will not stand still for it any longer. They work for us not the other way around. Politicians have to stop feeding off the people they represent. I am just sick and tired of all of all the greed and the it is all about me attitude all the people in this country have. We need to start watching each others backs. Like it was done before. starting from this time and going forward. I am going to do my best to adjust my attitude as well.

The name of the game is " Keep It Moving" I have seen as of the past couple of weeks. The market is starting to rebound. ever so slowly. it is moving in the right direction. What we have to do as dedicated Realtors. is keep it moving. I see the government tax credit is helping. I our responsablity is to make our buyers aware of the this and to make sure we are moving to a sale. The times are still difficult. The economic climate is not as it was 5 years ago, but not as bad as it was 6 months ago either. Let's to our jobs and Keep it Moving. Get those buyers in the agme and close them. as well as keeping the seller realistic.

I just recieved my Brokers Licsence in New York. Now I am broker in New Jersey as well as New York. It seems I am as close and or closer to New York than I am to other parts of my home state of New Jersey. I am wondering if any one out there has any luck as a duel broker. I am Hoping for the best I am about 15 minutes to Rockland County, New York and about the same to NYC.
