Residential real estate growth has been going on in all directions, but especially towards the east, and southeast, since there is more room for development going in that direction. Leon County is a big county, with a lot of space for growth in the east, northeast, and southeast directions.

In the Northwest zone, there are 390 homes for sale. In the Southwest zone, there are 115 homes for sale. In the Northeast zone, there are 968 homes for sale. In the Southeast zone, there are 246 homes for sale.
