I thought you might want to know a few factoids about this morning's Round Table discussion.

1. State Housing Authority will have a Refi available in Jan-Feb timeframe. It will be pretty be limited to those that are in an ARM. However, other altering events will be looked at as well. That will be
forthcoming.

2. They will be doubling the Palmetto Hero amounts for next year as well. They are trying to get that to include protectors and educators as well.

3. As of 10 Oct, VA will do cashout refinances up to 100%. The max loan will be $417K including the funding fee. It is 2.15% for first time users and 3.3 for subsequent users.

4. VA will do refinances on a make sense basis as well. If they have lates in the last 12 months and it was due to a reset in their ARM, they will still consider it. They want to do the loans and will make every
effort to if it makes sense.
