Bossier City's strength and pride

I'm a real estate agent that works mostly with clients looking to buy a home. Most of my clients bought homes in Bossier City, Louisiana. They looked in Shreveport, LA but after evaluating all the information I gave to them decided on Bossier City, Louisiana to be their home. So far the most common reason has been house values. Bossier City residents are proud of their schools. Stockwell Elementary having the highest test scores for the area is located in North Bossier and it's not surprising that's where most of my clients want to live. As strong as the real estate market is in Bossier City, Louisiana, it seems the love of her residents is even stronger. It could be a sense of pride that is comparable to the military communtiy it supports from Barksdale Air Force Base. There is a strong sense of community within Bossier City, Louisiana which makes it appealing to many of my clients. For now, Bossier City seems to be very popular with my home buyers. Though Bossier City, Louisiana is smaller in comparison to Shreveport, Louisiana, she seems to be in her growing years and I look forward to seeing her continue to blossom. Here are a few reasons most of my clients, who are usually out of town clients moving into the area, choose Bossier City as their home: The neighborhood schools are good and so they don't have to worry about testing for entrance. The constant PCSing of the military community provides for steady housing supply. And of course house values are good. Interesting to me though is I hear comments that the atmosphere is different in Bossier City, Louisiana and I wonder how much that affects Bossier City and Shreveport real estate.
