About Us:

Kevin Hicks graduated from The University of North Florida with a B.S. in Banking & Finance with a specialty in Real Estate Finance. He has also received a Platinum Mitigation Consulting Certificate of Completion in December of 2005. He has been in Real Estate full time since leaving his Corporate Sales Trainer position for a Fortune 500 Company over five years ago and has been negotiating successful short sales for clients since 2004. Kevin has bought and sold numerous investment properties throughout these years. The real life experience and team of contacts he has built throughout this time has a HUGE impact to his clients having sold 48 homes in the last six months! (Sept 2010-Feb. 2011)

You get the intial listing packet and turn it over to us to handle the rest! (Including document collection, and the bank negotiations!) 100% commissions are paid AT CLOSING!
