About Us:

Your Realtor/Attorney Team: We are located in Atlantic Beach and we work with homeowners and real estate professionals all over Florida who have over leveraged properties that are facing foreclosure. As a Realtor/ Attorney team, we saw a huge need for a way to simplify and shorten the short sale and loan modification process. Through our much expanded network we have successfully negotiated over 450 successful transactions in 2008 alone and will more than double that number in 2009. In the process we have saved hundreds of families from foreclosure!

Emily is a licensed Attorney and Realtor in Florida. She attended Pace University Law School in New York and subsequently worked for a national real estate developer and homebuilder before practicing real estate law and working with foreclosure clients. Kevin is a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Broker in Florida. Kevin's background includes becoming a sales trainer for a large corporate national marketing center where he trained all new hires.

We provide unmatched short sale and loan modification services to our customers with our state of the art 24/7 online tracking system. We are a local team that can get things done throughout Florida! If you have customers with no equity or behind on payments we will pay referring Realtors and handle all bank negotiations so you can refer more clients!
