Just left a training class on blogging so I am going to give it a try. Not many firsts once you hit 40.
I feel for many of the Realtors throughout the country that are struggling with very tough markets. I am very thankful to work in a market that has neighborhoods that are actually thriving. The Dallas real estate market has remained stable overall. I live and specialize in Lake Highlands but also work in all of the neighborhoods surrounding White Rock Lake. Many changes in my personal market area are going to have a very positive impact on home values so some of my future blogs will be bringing that information to the general public and other agents. Wow, that wasn't too hard for my first time.
