If anyone has traveled through the hectic parking lots of Newport Beach's Fashion Island, one may have noticed the new eclectic and bright restaurant, with Yellow umbrellas, and presumably a large contingent of people waiting to be seated. True Food Kitchen has arrived in Newport Beach and it is taking the town by storm. With very reasonably priced lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, it is no surprise that even the white collared Orange County town can appreciate a healthy, tasty, and affordable meal. The restaurant is full of energy inside and outside is a great patio with couch's and fire pit. 
The restaurant is owned by Dr. Andrew Weil, who is a world renowned nutritionist, and restaurant mogul Sam Fox, who owns many other concepts in Arizona and entering into California. If you are craving a healthy salad, such as the Chicken Chopped Salad, a tasty pasta (spaghetti squash) or fresh Black Cod, True Food Kitchen has something for everyone. Be sure to also try the wonderful natural refreshments with so many in house juiced refreshments to choose from.
