I fetched for that seller the highest per square foot price for a sale in 2006 in that neighborhood. I turned around one month later and was able to negotiate the lowest purchase price of a home in the same neighborhood repsresenting the buyer- That is representation and that his what you get when when working with me. I am tough negotiator, working for you and you only. I employ the lastest technology and I am a proactive marketing agent getting my sellers properties viewed by the people that can afford to purchase their properties. I am a waterfront expert having owned property in the Keys since 1970 and in the Redlands since 1982. I frequently will take buyers in my sportfishing boat from the homes that they may be considering purchasing to the Ocean through the waterways, and bays allowing them to see exactly what their unique water access will be from any given property in the Florida Keys. I am an accomplished scuba diver, free diver and fisherman so I can advise buyers as to the best location that will benefit their needs and desires in a Florida Keys vacation home, second home or retirement destination. Additionally, having extensive knowledge in South Miami Dade County, I specialize in large estate homes , agricultural properties, acreage and agri-dential properties. I can advise clients on property tax advantages to owning a mixed agricultural use property, plant nursery or grove in conjunction with an estate home in this area. Homestead and the Redlands is located just 40 minutes from Miami International Airport and 30 mInutes from Key Largo so it is idealy situated for those who crave the sophistication of a metropolitan area but that need the luxury of privacy and space. It is a Subtropical climate and changes to a tropical climate just 30 minutes to the south, over the 18 mile stretch of US 1 or Overseas Highway and into Key Largo, The upper most or northern most island of the Island chain of the Florida Keys. This is where you can sip a Mojito on South Beach in Miami Beach , pick tropical fruits like mangos and papyas in the grove, visit Schnebly winery, or R. F Orchids and be out in the Gulf Stream fishing for Mahi- Mahi the famous Florida dolphin fish all in the same weekend!
