April 2007: A vacant home in the White Bear Lake area was staged by KFM and sold in less than three days!
April 2007: A house in Mendota Heights sat vacant for a year. After staging by KFM it sold in less than one month! The homeowner said that he "is a believer in staging!"
August 2007: Three luxury townhouses were for sale in the same building. KFM Staging & Design staged one, and it sold in under 45 days! They buyers said that the "staging made the difference." The other two units remain unstaged and unsold.
