As a skeptic at times, I was unsure of the direction this application would go. How can we search for real estate on the internet? That is a challenge for many today. NOW, I come across searching for Real Estate right where I am anywhere or anytime?

No fancy fonts here just some real healthy real estate news!

I am not a flashy blogger or a pro at sharing, however, I am a professional Realtor in the Bucks County, PA area. According to Trulia and some searches I have performed on the Multiple Listing Service, there have been 129 homes sold in Levittown, Huntingdon Valley and Bensalem. Not only are homes selling, but sellers are getting greater than 92% of the list price.

I read this as great news! You know, we can see the glass as half full or half empty. I see the half full.

Many home sellers are seeing it that way also. How do I know? Because so many sellers are not just taking "low" offers from buyers. The sellers who have no financial distress, pending foreclosure or job loss, are NOT just taking any offer. So buyers beware, most sellers do not need to sell and will ride out this buyer driven market.
