My husband and I have been enjoying the Scat's Bakery in Bishop, CA for decades! Welcome to the South Bay, Kim and Rick Jones. (Being this close to Schat's will be dangerous to our figure)

Our Neighborhood Spotlight Video is a sneak peek into the Rolling Hills Estates Bristol Farms Store Renovation. They even have a new sign! The store has been involved in a major renovation for the past couple of months. It is a tip to bottom renovation with new finishes, fixtures and most importantly a new layout nearing completion. No longer feeling like a maze. I must say this store is a favorite of mine because I can always count on quality, specialty merchandise, in a small package. The other day while buying some groceries and assessing the changes, I ran into a woman looking dazed and concerned. She said "this doesn't look like Bristol Farms anymore". Not everyone embraces change well. I see only positive, there seems to be much more merchandise with higher shelving and efficient layout. Kim Jones is an experienced Realtor with ten years experience in residential real estate. In addition she has twenty years of solid corporate background of real estate, facilties and project management in the office products and military contractor industries. Extensive experience in site management, space anaysis, site selection, design and construction.
With over 25 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Rick and Kim Jones decided to become residential real estate consultants in 2000. Now Rick and Kim split their time between Palos Verdes and the Desert. While Palos Verdes is home. The desert offered lifestyle Rick desired with it's relaxed feel, unlimited sunshine & abundant golf courses. Rick's career at Xerox Corporation spanned 34 years, beginning in Rochester in the manufacturing division, next in Research Division, setting up the famed Xerox Palo Alto Research Center in California. His final position at the company was at the head Xerox's West Coast Real Estate Operations. Rick maintained a seat on the Board of Directors at Xerox Federal Credit Union managing $1Billion of assets for over 25 years. Originally from South Bend Indiana, Rick holds a BS in Economics from Purdue University & an MBA in Finance from University of Wisconsin. Rick has always been an achiever, not afraid of hard work. Rick has competed in over 30 Marathons, including the Boston Marathon & New York Marathon.
