I stage homes that are lived in or vacant...I work with people's own furnishings and accessories as well as offer furnishings and accessories on a rental basis. I provide personal shopping for clients wanting to buy their own staging items and take them to their new homes to enjoy later. To help clients begin the process of decluttering their homes, I show them how to accomplish that and help them how to organize to get ready for formal staging as well as help them reduce their costs of moving by not moving clutter to their new homes. When homes are going to go on the market and they are left vacant, it is hard for prospective buyers to visualize how their things can work in them and although they may be clean, new, and fixed-up they often fell sterile without furniture and accessories that create the ambiance that buyers need to feel at home in them. Staging a few rooms can make all the difference and it can be done affordably. Because I have the ability to visualize "how" things "could" look, I am able to pick and choose just the right thing to make the difference.
