The reason is because they are REAL ESTATE AGENTS they typically aren't capable of giving answers to these complex questions they are simply good at getting homes SOLD!
I realized this about myself and my business quite sometime ago and thought I have to get the word out to folks about these answers because I got sick and tired of not being able to answer the questions posed to me by my clients or prospective clients and then later finding out they foreclosed because they just didn't know where to go to get the answers they needed.
