Find the Dignified Solutions to Foreclosure

http://hosted.cdpe.com/kimhelps/

Today, millions of homeowners are facing the possibility of foreclosure, often due to reasons they simply couldn't avoid like a job lay off or medical bills. Those are the people I'm here to help.

Are you or someone you know struggling with mortgage payments and don't know what to do? With more than one in seven homeowners currently missing mortgage payments, you're not alone.

One thing I tell struggling homeowners about is something called the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program, or HAFA, which offers a $3,000 incentive to avoid foreclosure by pursuing a short sale or deed-in-lieu, two dignified foreclosure alternatives.

I've written a report that details all the options and benefits of avoiding foreclosure. Please share this URL with anyone who needs that information: http://hosted.cdpe.com/kimhelps/ As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I have a thorough understanding of what a distressed homeowner's best options are, so please refer anyone to me who could use this kind of assistance.

If you are a homeowner who needs help or knows someone who does, in the Fairfield, Vacaville, Suisun, Solano area please contact me. I would love to hear from you, and would be honor to help.

REALLY Get to Know Me

What makes you stand out from the crowd?

How are you different from all the rest?

Those are questions I ask myself time and time again.  I know it's important in today's Real Estate market to differentiate myself from my peers in the industry.

Here's what you see many Realtors saying:

  • I have been in Real Estate for X amount of years and I have experience in...
  • I work hard and I am dedicated...
  • I am a full time Realtor...
  • I do Real Estate differently...
  • I can show you X amount of homes...
  • I can sell your home in X amount of days....

The list goes on and on and on.

So what do I do for my customers?:

  • Social Media Marketing - Expanding and increasing my name so people recognize me. This isn't     new...everyone is doing it.  But how much of it does one person do?  Here's what I do:
  1. Facebook fan page - with Real Estate updates and local interests
  2. Twitter - whatever is on my mind
  3. YouTube - Virtual Tours of homes on the market
  4. Flicker - Pictures of homes on the market (updating continually)
  5. Webpage - www.kimbringsuhomes.com (always adding content and connecting with the community)
  •  iPhone - Yes, I am an Apple fan.   I love Apple and my iphone, and I can communicate quickly.  I am obsessive when it comes to checking my email, and I get up-to-the-minute "push notifications".  I respond quickly...right away, not later or tomorrow.

  •   Email - Everyone has email, but how does every one use it? I hate when someone reads my email, but does not respond. Therefore when I get an email, as a common courtesy I respond quickly!  There's no need to wait for days...I will email you right away.

  •   Personal attention - Meet me in person.  I use a lot of technology to support my clients, but sometimes there's nothing like human interaction.  If you do not have e-mail, I am still here for you. I will meet you at your convenience, and you can rest assured that I will be there.  I can work with you as much or as little as you like. If you're not into technology, and need a little extra hand holding, you can call me as many times as you need and I will be here to answer all your questions.  However if you only want to communicate with me when your ready, I'm not pushy...you just let me know and I will work at your pace.

FOR PEOPLE INTERESTED IN SELLING A HOME, I ALSO DO:

  •   Open houses - Not every realtor believes in doing open houses.  I am an advocate for open houses... I like doing them and I do them regularly. If it's my listing, I will do an open house for you every weekend until it sells...no questions!  I use a ton of sign riders, so when I have an open house there is no question where it is...prospective customers can find it. And I advertise the open house the week before on my social media sites, and I blog about it, and do virtual tours.

  •   For Sale Signs - This may seem obvious, but some homes sit on the market without a prominent For Sale Sign.  I will make sure that you not only have a sign, but it's not stuck in a window, where someone would have to come up to the house to see it.  We'll find the best place for maximum exposure.

  •   Broker tours - Not only will I do Open Houses and personal tours for individuals interested in buying homes, but broker tours are a great way to increase exposure.  I can bring Realtors through your home...Realtors who can bring more potential buyers to your home.  It's like a pyramid scheme that works for you.

  •   MLS Input - Realtors use a special database to advertise homes for sale.  Even if they don't come through your home on a tour, I can reach Realtors throughout the Bay Area, who can bring in more potential buyers.

The BOTTOM LINE:  I will do whatever it takes to gain MAXIMUM EXPOSURE for your home, until it sells!

FOR PEOPLE INTERESTED IN BUYING A HOME, I also do Property Tours:

This, of course, is a must. You have to see a property, and more importantly LOVE it, before you buy it. With the MLS Database, I have access to any home in the area.  We'll review what's available, and when you tell me that you want to see a house, I will show it to you. I will setup the appointment and invest the time in you, whenever you need it.

WHAT DO I ASK OF MY CLIENTS?:

It's simple...you've already seen how much I am willing to do for you.  The only thing I ask in return is honesty.  If you're serious about selling or buying a home, I will devote 100% to you.  If you tell me that you're just looking, I will look at your pace.  If you want to work only with me, I will devote my time to you.  If you're working with other Realtors and just testing the waters, that's fine too.  But please tell me up front...my time is very valuable, and I want to spend it where it can best be used.

So how do I stand out from the crowd?

  • It's not what I do that makes me different...it's how I do it, and the results I get.
  • It's the actions I take to make it possible.
  • It's the hard work that goes into getting it done.
  • It's my reliability, my devotion, and my persistence.

So when people ask me how I do it, there isn't one answer. I love being a Realtor and I love my family. I work hard for my clients to get the best results for my family. I do it because my goals are aligned...your happiness and taking care of my family are my main goals, and the two go hand-in-hand.

So if you're looking for a Realtor who will represent you the way that you should be represented, I would love to hear from you.  Let me help you with whatever goal you want to accomplish. Give me a call... I would be honored to work with you and show you how I stand out.
