A local Tucson native, Lynn has been selling real estate since 1983. She has obtained her CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and GRI, (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). FOR BUYER'S: Lynn previews all the homes she shows, this saves her client's time and energy. By showing the best homes available in any price range the buyer can concentrate on all of the necessary criteria that is needed for their lifestyle. After selecting a home the job is not done. Lynn assists her buyers in obtaining the inspections needed to satisfy the buyers of the true condition of the home and the proper remedies for correcting any problems. Lynn also assists her clients with lenders and title companies seeing the transaction through to a successful closing.

Kristin Graff starting working for Kline Realty Inc. and John Kline Homes Inc. in 1995. She obtained her license as a real estate agent in 1996. Kristin is the transaction coordinator for Lynn Kline. Her helpful and pleasant manner assists all clients with all closing procedures. Kristin designs and creates all listing packages verifying all pertinent information used in advertising.
