Lynn assists her buyers in obtaining the inspections needed to satisfy the buyers of the true condition of the home and the proper remedies for correcting any problems. Lynn also assists her clients with lenders and title companies seeing the transaction through to a successful closing.

Kristin Graff starting working for Kline Realty Inc. and John Kline Homes Inc. in 1995. She obtained her license as a real estate agent in 1996. Kristin is the transaction coordinator for Lynn Kline. Her helpful and pleasant manner assists all clients with all closing procedures. Kristin designs and creates all listing packages verifying all pertinent information used in advertising.
