First, let me explain why I ask for your loyalty in working with me. I have worked very hard to earn my license, educate myself for your benefit and expend the necessary finances to prepare for assisting you. I pay for most of my own expenses, including vehicle and gas, licensing dues and fees, Multiple-Listing Service usage and many other items. Don't feel sorry for me yet? Well please try and remember that I am a person too. I have bills to pay and a family to feed. The only way I earn is by assisting you and others in closing real estate transactions. I do not get paid unless I close a real estate transaction.

Want to view a home; don't view it with anyone but me. Due to real estate ethics, if you should view a property with someone other than me, you have most likely cut me out of the transaction, if you decide to purchase that home. Does this sound greedy? Simply put, it is not greedy. Imagine if you worked hard at a job all week long and someone else stepped in and completed the final day's work and your employer gave your weekly paycheck to the one who stepped in on the final day and not you. Doesn't sound fair? That's my point too!

You and I will discuss ways to ensure the maximum amount of assistance can be given to you, but I ask again that you remember you are dealing with someone who can't be in all places at all times. Please be patient and understanding when you desire to look at property and consider possible conflicts with my schedule. I will make every effort possible to attempt to go on your schedule.
