Wow!!! Real Estate as we knew it in the early and mid 2000's took a big hit toward the end of 2007. We were in the eye of the storm in 2008, then 2009 started to settle down. Things seem to be getting back to normal, or should I say, to the way it should have been in the first place. Financial insitutions are more cautious about the lending guidlelines and consumers are a beginning to be a little more responsible...or so it seems.
