In june 2010 the sales were up by 2 units with the same number on new listings added in 2010 as in 2009 which was 51.

The sales in results in South Milwaukee have consistently beat 2009 results in 2010. The only month sales were less than in 2009 was in January. There have been 25 more sales in 2010 than in 2009.
