The past month has been a roller coaster of blessings and trials. The only thing that has got us through is our faith in God’s plan for us, and his amazing grace, mercy and love for us. We have shed tears of joy as well as tears of sorrow as God has opened and closed doors for us-the one thing constant being no matter what, we will walk in his divine will. Kimberly has left her full time job to make this Ministry her primary focus.
What is Second Chances?
* A Christian Bookstore-carrying apparel, music, gifts, books, jewelry ( we will also have a large gently loved book section) & Bibles. Our inventory will grow as we do.
* A Coffee House- We will have a cafe with free Wifi and plenty of Java
* A Community Center-As soon as you walk in you will find a glass enclosed Community info booth that we encourage local Churches, Organizations & Community Groups to display information and resources.
We welcome Bible study groups, youth groups to use Second Chances and their meeting place.
* A Place for Christian Musicians to meet, play and exchange ideas.
* Second Chances will be home to “Fine Tune Ministries” -A Ministry reaching out to our community youth offering free music lessons, coaching, and support for those interested in Glorifying God in Music & Song. We will have acoustic nights showcasing their talent.
Where are you now?
* We have a building to house Second Chances-God has blessed us with a 2500 sq ft space. We have much painting to do!
* We have 90 % 
of our store fixtures through some awesome blessings! Thank you Jesus that you having been in the driver’s seat literally! Brothers and Sisters do not be afraid to get in your car in the morning and ask Jesus to “Take the Wheel” literally. If we had not done that we would have missed thousands of dollars of fixtures for about $600.00!
* We are praying on God to bring us in contact with a reasonable sign company
* We are praying for volunteers to help to build the stage area Community Info Center

* We are praying for appliances, coffee equipment, cash register and some needed software & computer equipment
* We pray daily for favor in the eyes of our distributors and suppliers-being new we do not easily get “terms” . ( In Layman’s terms God Please stock our shelves )
* We pray for protection on our family and fellow laborers in this venture. The enemy is so sneaky friends, we
have been faced with many attacks.

* Second Chances has several offices within the store that can be rented by Christian Counselors, Accountants, Therapists etc. A Perfect location for your Ministry work at a reasonable price. We pray God fills these suites to help offset our rent.

* Second Chances is independent and encourages participation from all Churches, together we can strengthen our community. We are funded by a small savings that God has multiplied and we have faith in this vision that he will provide for us .

We want to thank the many prayer warriors God has sent to us. The many supporters who believe in what God can do in Lehigh Acres.
God has been speaking the word” Unity” to us over and over. What amazing things God’s people can do if we walk arm & arm.
