I am curious as to how many potential buyers really look at the virtual tours that some agents provide on their listings. I know that several years ago when I was searching websites looking for the perfect home I had the tendency to avoid virtual tours and opted instead for listings with lots of pictures since the tours seemed to load up soooooo slooow. Then if I did load it up the scenes changed so slow and many times were only slide shows, no panoramic shots that I know can be created with the tours. Even now since becoming a Realtor® I still sometimes pass up the tours, especially if I click on the link and it doesn't load up immediately. I would like to know how others feel about this service provided to sellers for buyers searching for homes on the internet. Good idea or not?

In a career that has changes almost daily, loan rules and requirements, form and contract changes, zoning, septic regulations, title searches, buyers, sellers, the greatest area of expertise is customer service. That is what we are all about. We all (agents) go to school and learn the basics, how to write an offer, what forms to use, what verbiage to use, what to do, what not to do, etc. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE sets one agent apart from another. How quickly do we respond to your needs? Do we answer our phone when you call? Sellers, are we accessible to other agents and potential buyers once we put your property on the market or do you miss potential showings and buyers because your list agent cannot be reached? As your Realtor, I am your employee, hired by you to do a job to the best of my abilities and put your interests above all others including my own whether you are a buyer or a seller. I am experienced as both buyers agent and sellers agent. I enjoy working with first time buyers and those buyers relocating to this area.

You better watch out, I feel like you are becoming a part of the family!!!! Justin sings your praises to every one whether they are trying to buy/sell a house or not! Justin just made the comment last nite "being able to set on the back deck watching the kids in the pool having conversation with good friends, just makes the house". I agree mostly, but the house has really become our home, we all are very happy here.My friend even thinks my little dog is happier, she says she is much friendlier now.
