So..how do you go about choosing an agent?? All us agents do, pretty much, the same thing Do you pick the first agent you meet? Do you interview a few??Let me tell you a little secret, we agents don't make any money, if you don't buy or sell a home...Okay, so what's the secret there??

In translation, whoever you hire, you have to TRUST that they are going to work in YOUR best interest, (not let you buy just any home, because there is a paycheck at the end of that rainbow) EVEN when YOUR best interest, isn't theirs... What does it all mean Kon....?

Well...work with an agent who tells you like it is. I know tough to take, but in the end, it will be the best thing you can do and, by the way, be loyal to whoever you choose..we agents work hard.....so if you have the good fortune of working with an agent who is up front, protects your best interests, and works their hind parts off....you gotta keeper..

Which leads me, of course, to a commercial about...well.....ME... I consider myself to be honest, that has gotten me in trouble on a RARE occassion (some people "CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH" :) it is a curse an overdeveloped conscience. Every home I look at with a buyer, I look at it as an investment..so I am always honest about the postive and negative features of the home.

Sellers...It's been tough goings for you in this market. If you want to list your home for sale... I won't give you an inflated price of what your home will sell for. It may get me the listing...but it won't sell your house.
