"As you know, buying a house can be very scary and stressful. At the time we were looking, I was living in Dallas and Noah was living in Houston, but we were buying in Austin!! I know... we are crazy. We were also in the process of selling our home in Houston, planning a wedding, and wrapping up a medical residency... all with short deadlines! We only had one weekend that we could really look and dive into the hunt, and it happened to be Easter weekend. Kristee blocked the entire weekend for us and gave us her full attention.. she was amazing. She had not only researched every home and the comparables before we met, she actually PREVIEWED all the homes. She had spend countless hours with us the week before on the phone, trying to get an idea of our wish list and aesthetic. Her website is wonderful, so we were able to look at the homes online and mark our favorites. I didn't really know what to expect when we met... but let me just say, she nailed it down to a tee. Without her hard work, we would have never been able to purchase a home in a timely fashion. She made what was supposed to be a scary and stressful experience, enjoyable and exciting!! She is extremely knowledgeable in the field and is 100% dedicated to her clients' best interests. Don't let this sweet, pretty blond fool you.. she is a strategic negotiator and goes after EVERYTHING.... seriously, I'm glad she was on our team. I would highly recommend Kristee and her company for buying and/or selling your home. We have made a wonderful friend through this process, we couldn't be more pleased!!!"

Brenda and I have sold and bought houses all over the State of Texas using various Real Estate agents over the years. We have never found anyone that comes close to Kristee Leonard in professionalism and overall knowledge of the Real Estate market. We had to sell our home at 1217 Amistad and had to sell it in a timely manner, Kristee met us one afternoon and the house was being marketed within a few days on MLS with virtual tours that showed the major selling points of the property, open houses and every other way imaginable to get the property exposure. Kristee handled everything for us when it came to getting a contract negotiated and signed to the inspection reports, she made sure we stayed informed of every step of the way and didn't miss a detail. Kristee was always available day or night to answer our questions or to run down some information that we needed even when she had gone on a much needed vacation to Mexico she responded to our emails and phone calls and went above and beyond what any other agent would have done to keep the closing on track. Kristee makes you feel comfortable about the whole selling experience and treats you as though you were her best friend that needed help instead of just another sale.
