Middlesex County Market Watch! Q1

As of the 1st quarter in 2010 the average sales price in Middlesex County has dropped slightly to $459,400. This is down from the end of 2009, with the 4th quarter coming in at $466,400. The average days on market has stayed the same at 86 days and many of the towns within Middlesex County did see an increase on their average sales prices. Essex County MArket Watch! Q1

The numbers are in! The average sales price in Essex county was slightly raised in the first quarter of 2010 to $388,900. This is up from $387,300 to end the 4th quarter of 2009. It may be a small increase but, any improvement is good news as far a I'm concerned!

The new tax credit can be used towards closing costs!!!

In case you haven't heard the tax credit plan can now be used towards certain closing costs and down payments! This is great news for all of the first time buyers out there!
