A Little about Kristen:
Born and raised in Gainesville, Kristen traveled extensively in college as a photojournalist in Western Europe and Latin America and later taught and tutored English writing and reading in Puerto Rico. Her unique experiences taught her the importance of communication, flexibility, human relations, time management and creativity in all aspects of life. As a marathoner and leukemia survivor, she knows preparation is the key to completing your goals and understands how to find the possible in the impossible. Kristen is active in this wonderful community and find many reasons to love this beautiful city of Gainesville, the heart of the Gator Nation.

A little bit about Rebecca:
Rebecca was born in on a New Jersey Military (Go Marines) base on a rainy April afternoon. At 2 years old her father was transferred from New Jersey to Florida, where the rest of her extended family lived. Through out her childhood she was very involved in the community, church, and softball. During high school she participated in concert band, marching band, the drama club, and various volunteer works. After attending college she moved to Gainesville to marry her high school sweet heart, Troy, who was attending the University of Florida. After marring in April of 2005 they decided to stay in Gainesville where they are both activity members of the community. They look forward to eventually raising a family here, but for now they just have two sweet little mini-dachshunds and an English bulldog. (Zeus, Bosley, and Lylah)

One of my main offices is located in our UF location off of University Ave. where I provide my experience to frst-time homeowner's and their quest for the perfect first home. I believe in guiding them in making the right decision and feel it is very important to discuss and explain the current market, financing, and their immediate and future goals. If there are questions I cannot answer regarding special loans or legal matters, I have a knowledgable and trustworthly local team to assit my client. I feel very strongly about protecting my first-time homeowner especially to give them a positive experience on their first major purchase.

Our main office is across from the University of Florida. Because of the great location to UF, we are very in tune with the needs of student and parent buyers and sellers. We am up-to-date with the local downtown developments and student-friendly areas. We also assist investors in these areas with finding student rentals. My personal best quality is knowing the areas and how they fit for each students' needs and requirements.

Tommy Waters Custom Homes, Inc, especially located in Arbor Greens and Wilds Plantation. The model in Arbor Greens is open every Sunday from 1-4pm.
