Average October '08 home price was $524,743 compared with $611,799 in October '07, a 14.2% price drop! However, average price practically did not change on the month to month basis - September avg price was $524,973!

Total of 102 homes were sold last month - compared with 59 sales in Oct '07 - a 73% increase in sales!
Average DOM was 78 days compared to 51 days a year ago. Highest priced home sold at $1,655,000; lowest at $210,000.
