This is just a note about how to take your own photographs for a listing. I use a HP photosmart digital camera. I purchased a card that holds about 90 pictures and cost around 15 dollars. While taking apicture, I make sure to attain a balance of inside and outside shots. When I am ready to upload, its relativelky easy. All I need to do is hook the camera up to the usb cable, and upload to a file called my pictures. From there I can upload to the MLS or any other site. It works great!
There has been an increase in the number of REO and foreclosure listings. Sometimes these listings are current, sometimes they are not. How can one tell the difference in the local market? Also, there are some sites that only take an offer from RE agents. What is the best way to work with a buyer to obtain such properties by making offers? How long will a bank take to consider such an offer? I do know that pre-approval letters are required.
