It's been raining for the past 2 days and today is only different because they are predicting snow tonight. Yes, you read that correct, snow in southern South Carolina in March. Anyway, I scheduled an open house for today but am I doing the seller a service by hosting it today in the rain.
Any insite from other agents would be great.
For the last few days, since I started using Active Rain I have seen the phrase "Silent Sunday" often used on Blog titlesbut I have to admit, I have no idea what it means. Can someone please shine some light on the subject for me? I appreciate any help I can get on the subject. Thanks
Well here it is, Monday already. This week is going to be a busy one. The South Carolina Capitol Conference starts on Tuesday. Please contact your local state reps and let them know how you feel about point of sale assesment. Every day we go with this law on the books, the more often people moving to the SRCA are going to GA. This is something that has to be changed, and this is the week to do it.
This week is the Capitol Conference for Real Estate. Point of sale is probably the #1 issue at hand. Please contact your South Carolina house and Senate Representatives and let them know what you feel. Point of sale is something that has already had a negative impact in the state. The longer it's on the books, the harder it will be to rectify the problem.
On my way to work each morning I drive by a few school. As I was preparing myself for the usual school traffic I remember that today is Presidents Day. For all you who have the day off, I say relax and enjoy because tomorrow will be here soon enough. Sometimes I don't appriciate holidays when I'm off but I sure do when I'm working while others aren't.
